  • Intentional Self Care practice can help reduce stress and anxiety levels in individuals. When stressed, you may experience feelings of irritability, anger, impatience, or agitation. You might also feel overburdened, overwhelmed, anxious, nervous, or fearful.
  • Yoga provides serenity and nurtures the body, mind, and breath, countering stress with its tranquil embrace.
  • Floral Therapy can be a magical remedy that boosts focus, brings nature closer, eases pain and worry, fights fatigue, enhances physical well-being, and sprinkles positivity all around! Immerse your senses, take time to smell the roses🌹
  • Sharing a meal together provides an opportunity to ponder on life's meaningful aspects: love, bonding, celebrations, and laughter within our circle. These moments can help reduce stress as you momentarily escape your worries. Regularly engaging in this practice can effectively manage chronic stress in the long run.


The event will begin promptly at 3:00 pm with registration opening at 2:30 pm. Your ticket cost of $100 includes Food and Beverage, a beginner-friendly yoga session with Dee of My Mojo Yoga and a Floral Self-Care Group Session, where you will have the opportunity to create your small floral arrangement; guided by our Floral Therapist, Monica Brown, and Team. Your arrangement (value of $70) will be packaged for you to take home, nurture, and enjoy.


Chef Nita will prepare a delish meal for us to enjoy.


We understand that self-care is an important aspect of overall well-being, and our event is designed to offer a unique and holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. This is NOT a mental health, therapy session.
